If you want to get rid of all worries, our Remote Support Plans will give you peace of mind. With a small annual fee, you will have one of our qualified engineers at your disposal and many other exclusive benefits.


A qualified engineers at your side

Our helpdesk is available to all customers, but can only answer questions or provide suggestions. Our helpdesk operators cannot guide you step by step to configure your system.
If you want a real turnkey full service, buy one of our remote support plans and you will be entitled to a certain number of remote support sessions per year.
Are you installing the system and you don't know how to do it? Do you want to configure some special function and you can't? Something doesn't work as it should and you don't know why? No problem. Just book a remote support session and one of our engineers will connect with your system to bale you out.


What is Remote support

Each remote support plan includes a certain number of remote support sessions per year. Each session has a maximum duration of one hour and takes place via the Internet using Teamviewer that you should download and install on a PC connected to your system local network.
In remote connection, our engineers can set your cameras, configure your video recorder and run network tests to help you solve most common issues.
Please do not mistake our Remote Support Plans with the Maintenance Contract that your installer can provide. Our remote support does not include on-site interventions, therefore cannot help you to solve local issues due to wiring, hardware faults, network setting etc. .


3 years warranty

Some of our plans include 3-year warranty on products. It's a good benefit compared with normal customers.
For 3 years all repairs will be free of charge. Once the warranty period is over, you still have exclusive discounts on repair costs.


Discount on repairs

Even the best CCTV system can fail over the years. Spikes, voltage surges, mechanical use may cause faults that need to be repaired.
If your system is covered by our remote support plans, you are entitled to an exclusive discount on the normal price of out-of-warranty repairs.


Discount on new products

In the video surveillance market technology evolves in a rapid pace. In a few years, an innovative solution may become outdated. The remote assistance contract also protects you from this problem.
If you want to replace some components with new products or expand your system, you will enjoy an exceptional extra discount on the price of new products. This is an excellent opportunity, not only to keep your system up to date, but also to save money if you modify or expand your system.


Direct link with manufacturer

If you sign one of our remote support contracts, you keep a direct contact with the manufacturer of your products. DSE is the only Italian manufacturer of ONVIF certified IP cameras and can guarantee you the best continuity of service over the years. Dealing directly with the manufacturer is much better than talking to a retailer and gives you the guarantee that even after many years, you are always getting an excellent solution to your problems.

Requirement for buying a plan

Our remote support contracts are not available for all customers. To be able to open a remote support plan you must purchase a complete DSE CCTV system, consisting of our cameras and video recorder. It does not matter whether your system is small or large, but it must be made up of DSE cameras and video recorder.
You can order a remote support plan in our price list, like all other products, together with your cctv system or even at a later stage.

Annual fee

In our price list you will find several Remote Support Plans, to be chosen according to your needs and budget. Each plan has an annual fee that you will pay when due, via Sepa Direct Debit on your bank account. The annual fee is valid for one video recorder only, regardless of the number of cameras. You are free to change your Contract Plan or withdraw from the contract at any time.
If you subscribed a remote support plan, you can add other systems to your contract, in addition to the first one, for example for a second house. For all additional systems you are entitled to a discount on the annual fee.
