Do you have to wire an IP camera with a coaxial cable? Do you need to extend your network over an exhisting coaxial cable? These are quite frequent scenarios when you are upgrading an old analog CCTV system to IP technology. Our POE transmitters over coax can help. With these transmitters you can send LAN and POE power over a standard RG59 coaxial cable, as it was an Ethernet cable.

This pair of modules transfers LAN network and POE power over coaxial cable to connect an IP camera. The kit consists of two modules, to be connected to both ends of the coaxial cable, which do not require power. Each module has an RJ45 port (POE IN/POE OUT), for the network and the camera, and a BNC port for the coaxial cable. With the classic RG59 you can wire the camera up to 800 meters (see table). POE and POE+ are supported for fixed and PTZ cameras. You can also use this trasnmitters to extend your local network, with no POE, connecting a switch to the output module. These two elements, transmitter and receiver, are equipped with LEDs that indicate data and POE links on both RJ45 and BNC ports. Suitable for DIN rail mounting (1 module).
