The cameras in this range are designed to rpovide high quality monitoring in minimum size. They are ideal to be installed in small spaces or to make hidden cameras. These cameras are AHD analog cameras , suitable to be connected to AHD videorecorders. AHD technology is the ideal solution for this type of camera because it allows to manufacture smaller electronics than IP technology.
AHD cameras offer you all the megapixel resolution and remote control functions of our digital IP cameras, but in analog technology, fully compatible with any existing cabling, on coaxial or twisted pair.

Some of our cameras in this AHD range are actually 4 in 1, meaning they can provide 4 types of video signal. The AHD signal is our main video format for high resolution analog video. It is the most popular format and it is an international standard so you can use our AHD camera with any AHD DVR from other brands. CVI and TVI , or TurboHD, are similar formats to AHD but used by other manufacturers. You can switch the video signal of our cameras to these formats if you need to connect to other DVRs. CVBS is the old low resolution analog video. You need to switch the camera to CVBS mode if you want to connect to an analog monitor or an old DVR. In 4in1 cameras you can change the video signal of the camera yourself with the button on the cable or with a DVR supporting UTC protocol. Other models only supports AHD or CVBS video format.
These mini cameras are available in 2 formats, both really tiny: 25x25 and 35x35 mm. They are the best cameras if you need to combine hih quality video with small size. These cameras are ideal if you look for a small, non-invasive camera. They can also be used successfully in hidden surveillance as you can see in this example.
These mini cameras are available in two versions: with pinhole lens and with mini lens. The version with mini lens has the advantage of better low light view. The version with pinhole lens , just 1 mm. diameter, is perfect for invisible hidden cameras.
Both versions provide wide angle view.
These mini cameras have 2 connectors: a BNC for video and a 12VDC power plug. You can supply 12V power with a power adapter near the camera or with a central power unit. Choose from our range of Power Supply Units the best solution for your system. You can transfer the video signal with a coaxial cable or you can use a twisted pair with small converters also called balun.

The cameras in this series provide the best video quality in spite of the small size. 2MP video resolution, also called 1080P or Full HD (1920x1080 pixels), is the current standard of high resolution digital TV and meets the needs of most security systems. Here you can download a demo clip.
AHD cameras have many advanced adjustments, such as IP cameras. You can act on the settings with an on-screen menu that you can control with the button on the camera or even from our DVRs in the UTC models. With a convenient on-screen menu, you can fine-tune the image rendering in order to adapt the camera to the area to be monitores. The WIDE DYNAMIC RANGE (WDR) function is useful if you are shooting bright areas along with darker areas. With the BLC you can improve the shooting of a backlit subject. The DIGITAL NOISE REDUCTION function allows you to improve shooting in weak signal or low light conditions.
These AHD cameras are designed to be connected to a digital video recorder , also called DVR, which is converting the analog video signals to digital and recording on Hard Disk. With the video recorder you can perform all the digital functions of IP systems, like remote control via the Internet or motion detection. The cameras in this range are compatible with all DVRs on the market, but it is much better that your DVR supports the maximum resolution of the camera (2MP) to avoid having to use it in CVBS. For maximum compatibility, consider to buy one of our DVRs.
RK Series DVR
Many cameras in this range come with UTC chip that allows you to adjust the OSD menu of the camera from the DVR by sending commands through the video cable. It's a very convenient function because it allows you to modify the camera options from remote, as you can do with IP cameras. To be able to control the camera menu remotely you need a DVR that supports the UTC protocol, like ours RK Series DVR.
In our CCTV camera casing range you will find several dome models suitable for these minicameras. You can choose the one that better suits your application, from small plastic dome casings to strong vandal-proof enclosures for outdoor. For many of these dome cameras a separate wall mounting bracket is also available.
